Tin Man (aluminum/lame), ScareCrow (overall, flannel shirt), Lion (yellow sweats and a yarn mane), and Dorothy (blue gingham dress) and/or Toto. Who ever is going with the kids could be one of the trio (lion, scarecrow, tinman), your oldest girl could be Dorothy and the baby could be Toto, or a munchkin.

Everyone's favorite, the witch and for the cape I found a ninja top at Goodwill, it's made out of a silky material. It has a hood and strings to tie around the neck. I bought it for like a quarter, and cut it down the middle to make a cape.

Clown:
Sweet clothes that is too large. Decorate by using either fabric paint, or markers. For those who dare try tie-die. Tack on some large pop-poms, add a cheap wig, hat, and make-up. You may also stuff the extra space in clothing with tissue. However this could be messy, if you need to make a "pit-stop".

Over sized flannel shirt, faded blue jeans with patches, rope for belt and to tie at the cuffs of his jeans and sleeves, stuff the shirt and jeans with plastic grocery, or paper, a little bit of straw to hang out of jeans and shirt. Add a little bit of make-up.

Use an old bridesmaid dress of formal, add a pair of gloves, a tiara, some oversized jewelry, and heals. For the banner, a piece of wide ribbon and write "Miss. America" in glitter.
